During my recent stay at Aspira, I experienced a situation where my booked room was not available upon arrival. the staff quickly resolved the issue by offering me an alternative room in another building. Although it was not what I had originally booked, they made sure that I had a comfortable and suitable room for my stay. Their willingness to accommodate and find a solution was commendable.

We stayed at this hotel and were extremely impressed. The location, hidden away in a deep alley, was perfect for a peaceful and quiet stay. The staff, from check-in to check-out, provided excellent service and were very attentive. The facilities here were top-notch, with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV in the soundproofed rooms. We also enjoyed the convenience of 24-hour room service and the option for laundry services. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

The rooms were like little interjoining apartments, spacious and well-appointed. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the comfortable bed with clean sheets ensured a restful night's sleep. The hotel also offered a variety of amenities, such as room service, laundry service, and a flat-screen TV, adding to the overall convenience and comfort of my stay.

The location was perfect, as it was near Bumrungrad and within walking distance. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. Hot water in showers has some issues, but overall a decent place to stay. Wifi had a couple of problems, but understandable. Some other hotels offer larger rooms for similar rates.
